Experience has taught me not to judge a book by its cover. American chefs can make great pizzas (Mark Icano of Lucali and Nancy Silverton of Pizzeria Mozza). Restaurant review: New omakase concept Fukui opens on Mohamed Sultan Road

Fukui, Mohamed Sultan’s newest resident, is named after Fukui Prefecture, which borders the Sea of Japan in the Chubu region and is known for its rocky cliff, incredible dinosaur museum, crab and soba.
