The Majesty 111 is a new 34.1-meter superyacht model from UAE-based shipyard Gulf Craft. UAE- based shipyard Gulf Craft offered an exclusive first look inside it, which was presented at the Dubai international boat show 2022.

It has a composite construction and features an interior and exterior design by the Dutch studio Phathom. Phathom is a design studio that has worked on its first on-the-water project with the Majesty 111. The design partners at Phathom have backgrounds in yacht design, having worked at firms like Sinot and Cor D. Rover. Initially, Phathom brought two completely different styles to the table, which led to a slight change in Gulf Craft’s usual design language. With a focus on soft, comfortable spaces and natural light.

The yacht 240GT superyacht features a six-cabin layout with living spaces split across two-and-a-half decks and can accommodate up to 12 guests for they can accommodate both charter and private use. It is positioned between the existing Majesty 100 and Majesty 120 models in terms of size and features. Mohammed Al Shaali, the chairman of Gulf Craft, has explained that this decision was a strategic one, aimed at filling a gap in the market rather than adding another larger yacht to the Majesty line.

One of the key features of the Majesty 111 includes the yacht’s design, and its focus on natural light, with up to 40 percent more glazing than yachts of comparable size. The owner’s suite, which spans 15 square meters, is particularly impressive, with large windows, a glass-floored dip pool, and an expansive en suite and dressing room directly aft. The yacht also has a glass and Perspex central staircase with curving bronze banisters and treads designed to give an “ethereal” effect to the space. Other features include a sky lounge on the upper deck, a dining area on the upper deck aft, an open seating and sun lounging area, and a dip pool on the foredeck.

Phathom Design has created a new direction and look for the Majesty 111 yacht, while still maintaining the essence of the brand. There is currently a second Majesty 111 in the process of being built, with the first yacht expected to be christened and delivered to its owner later in 2023.
