You’ll then move on to Pan Pacific London’s in-house South East Asian-influenced restaurant Straits Kitchen. Across three courses you’ll be treated to a choice of tempting dishes, such as the signature soft shell crab with fried mantou, crispy confit duck leg with salted duck yolk, pak choi and hoi sin jus, and mee goreng vegetarian noodles.
And don’t forget dessert. A house favourite is the Kopi Gau – a dessert of coffee choux, hazelnut praline and osmanthus pears designed by executive pastry chef Cherish Finden. You’ll also benefit from the expertise of the Straits Kitchen sommelier, Francois Bertrand, who will choose the perfect bottle of wine to accompany your meal, giving you plenty to toast about.
