From small refurbishments within private residences to designing new apartment blocks, London-based design studio, RAID Architecture certainly knows how to bring a high-end project to life. The award-winning company provides interior design, landscape, architecture, planning advice and project management services, offering a wide range of high-end design services across several sectors in the UK and globally.  

Their impressive efforts have been recognised by the recent Luxury Lifestyle Awards (LLA), which handed out several prestigious titles in recognition of the studio’s expertise and professional delivery in the areas of interior design, landscape architecture and modern architecture design. Specifically, RAID Architecture was awarded:  

  • Best Luxury Interior Design – Single Residential Property (Knightsbridge)  
  • Best Luxury Residential Landscape Architecture (Longfield)
  • Best Luxury Modern Architecture – Single Residential Property (Longfield) 

The RAID Architecture team deliver projects ranging in size (6,000sqm – 30,000 sqm) and work on refurbishments, extensions of existing houses as well as designing new apartment blocks, full housing projects, private residences, and landscape projects. Plans are afoot to expand the service offering further to include the hospitality and retail sectors.

Robert and Nada, with over 30 years of combined experience, work on briefs from concept stage through to execution and delivery, including procurement, coordination with contractors and any other relevant suppliers.

This ethos is evident in the work RAID Architecture has produced on their above-mentioned award-winning projects. For example, a private residence in London’s Knightsbridge district required the interior design expertise of RAID Architecture. The project required the team to fully understand the client’s Middle Eastern needs and apply strategic design thinking as to how they could be met in a London summer house. The result is a modern and minimalistic design with well-placed elegant elements in each room to add vibrancy. The team believes that good design not only enhances the quality of one’s life but it spreads welfare to all those around them.  

“We believe in beautiful, sustainable and innovative designs – and this approach guided us in all our decisions for Knightsbridge as well as Longfield,” says the team.
